1.活動詳情
Calbee粉絲見面會@香港
日期: 2026年3月21日(六)
時間: 下午1時至3時45分 (下午12時30分於坑口港鐵站A1出口集合)
地點: 香港卡樂B工場 (將軍澳工業邨駿昌街9號 – 卡樂B四洲有限公司)
名額: 15名 (每名參加者可攜帶最多一位同行者)

2. 參加資格
活動只限年滿 18 歲的香港居民報名參加；同行者必須 年滿 6 歲。卡樂B四洲有限公司(「本公司」)保留權利要求參加者及同行者出示身份及年齡證明。倘若參加者及／或同行者未達合資格年齡，或未能提供該等證明，則參加者之資格將被取消，而同行者亦將被拒絕入場。

3. 參加方式
參加及登記次數不限。以折實價及單一收據計算，購買金額以扣除所有折扣、優惠（包括信用卡即減或折扣優惠）及/或使用優惠券後之最終付款價錢為準。 收據不可累積，每張發票只可登記一次。重複參與之收據將自動作廢。 任何不符合資格之參加者將不獲另行通知。請保留所有有效正本收據以供核實。

4. 獲選次數
每名合資格參加者只限 一次獲選機會。

5. 登記要求
參加者須於活動網站登記，包括上載收據圖像及填寫個人資料（包括聯絡資料）。收據必須清楚列明：

• 商戶名稱

• 購買日期及時間

• 卡樂B產品名稱

• 購買數量

• 最終付款金額

活動網頁系統收到登記並不代表參加者已經自動獲選。
以下收據一概不接受：遺失、不完整、偽造、塗改、任何形式損毀（包括印刷錯誤）、重印、補發或影印本。
成功獲選者需保留已登記之 電腦收據正本作核實之用。

6. 有效收據及登記時間
有效收據日期：2026 年 1 月 16 日至 2026 年 2 月 6 日（包括首尾兩天）。 只接受電腦收據，手寫單恕不接受。 登記時間：2026 年 1 月 16 日 00:00:00 至 2026 年 2 月 6日 23:59:59（GMT+8），以活動網頁系統顯示成功接收登記時間為準。

7. 登記代表接受條款
活動只接受於指定活動網頁提交之資料。參加者提交登記資料即代表了解、接受並願意遵守本公司訂立之所有條款及細則。

8. 資料不可更改
參加者提交註冊資料即表示參加者確認、聲明並接受其提供的所有資料均為真實、準確及完整。參加者所提供之資料將不可更改，一切以活動網頁紀錄為準。 錯誤、不完整或重新輸入之資料將被視為無效，參加者的參加資格將被取消且不另行通知。

9. 聯絡資料責任
如因參加者提供之資料不實、不完整或不正確，而導致無法收到任何通知（包括獲選通知），本公司恕不負責。
登記電話只接受具正常通話功能之香港手提電話號碼。如登記電話於通知時已停止服務、無效或已更改，獲選資格將被取消。

10. 查詢方式
如需查詢登記或結果，參加者必須以 登記時所用之手提電話號碼 聯絡，否則不獲受理。

11. 個人資料處理
個人資料將僅用於本次推廣活動，並會按照《個人資料（私隱）條例》處理。 所有資料將被安全保存，只供獲授權人員查閱，並僅在完成推廣活動及相關事宜所需的期間內保留，其後將被安全銷毀。 除非法律要求或為進行本推廣活動之必要，否則個人資料不會被轉移予任何第三方。

12. 技術問題責任
如因電腦、網絡、電話、技術或任何其他非本公司可控制之原因，導致資料延遲、遺失、錯誤或無法辨識，本公司恕不負責，參加者亦不得異議。

13. 禁止內容
禁止提交任何包含裸露、暴力、猥褻、粗俗、色情、涉及不法行為或具攻擊性之內容（包括文字或相片）。違規者將被取消資格。

14. 公布獲選名單
獲選名單將於 2026 年 2 月 20 日 公布於卡樂B（Calbeehongkong）社交媒體平台。

15. 獲選通知及核實
獲選者將於 2026 年 3 月 10 日或之前 以電郵收到確認及活動安排。 出席活動時必須攜同 指定中獎收據正本 以供核實，否則獲選資格將被取消。

16. 活動期間責任
如參加者因任何原因未能出席活動，或於活動中遭受人身傷害或財物損失，本公司恕不負責。本公司對因參與活動註冊而造成的任何損失概不負責。

17. 員工限制
本公司（即卡樂B四洲有限公司）員工、其家屬及活動代理機構之員工均不得參加，以示公允。

18. 爭議處理
如對活動有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定及解釋權。所有此等決定及解釋均對各方具有約束力。本公司保留隨時修改本條款及細則，或暫停或終止活動安排（無論是由於不可預見、意外、不可控或無法管理的情況）的權利，而無需事先通知。

19. 最終解釋權
本公司擁有對條款及細則的唯一及絕對之最終解釋權，參加者不得異議。

20. 不當行為處理
如發現參加者使用或教唆他人使用不正當或欺詐手法干擾活動運作，本公司有權取消其資格、作廢已登記資料，並保留追究權利。

21. 地區限制
活動僅限 香港地區。參加者必須居住於香港，且只接受於香港購買之卡樂B產品（限香港總代理產品）之交易。

22. 兌換限制
參加者不得以獲選資格兌換現金或其他獎品、特權或服務。參加者的獲選資格不得轉讓給任何第三方。
 

Terms & Conditions (English version)

1. Event Details
Calbee Fans Meet @ Hong Kong
Date: March 21, 2026 (Sat)
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. (Assembly at Exit A1 of Hang Hau MTR Station at 12:30pm)
Location: Hong Kong Calbee Plant (Calbee Four Seas Co. Ltd - 9 Chun Cheong Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, T.K.O)
Quota: 15 (each participant can attend with 1 accompanying participant)

2. Eligibility
This event is open only to Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above. Any accompanying participant must be at least 6 years old. Calbee Four Seas Co. Ltd. (the“Company”) reserves the right to require the participant and the accompanying participant to show a proof of identity and age. If the participant and/or the accompanying participant is below the eligible age or fails to provide such proof, the qualification of the participant will be cancelled and the accompanying participant will be denied entry.

3. Participation Requirements
There is no limit to the number of times a participant may register and participate. Participation and registration is based on the discounted price and a single receipt. The purchase amount is calculated based on the amount of the final payment after deducting all discounts, offers (including instant credit card rebates and discounts promotions), and/or coupon usage. Receipts cannot be combined, and each receipt may be registered once only. Receipts used in duplicated registrations will be voided automatically. Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be notified. Participants must keep all original valid receipts for verification.

4. Selection Limit
Each eligible participant is limited to one chance of being selected.

5. Registration Requirements
Participants must register through the event website by uploading a receipt image and providing personal information (including contact information). Receipts must clearly show:

• Merchant name

• Purchase date and time

• Calbee product name

• Quantity purchased

• Final amount paid

The receipt of a registration by the event website's system does not represent that the participant has been selected.
Receipts that are lost, incomplete, forged, altered, damaged in any form (including printing errors), reprinted, reissued, or photocopied will not be accepted.Selected participants must keep the original computer-printed receipt used for registration for the purposes of verification.

6. Valid Receipt & Registration Period
Valid receipt dates: January 16, 2026 – February 6, 2026 (Both days inclusive). Only computer-printed receipts are accepted; handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Registration period: January 16, 2026 at 00:00:00 to February 6, 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8), based on the time of the successful receipt of the registration as shown on the event website's system.

7. Acceptance of Terms upon Registration
Only information provided through the designated event website is accepted. By submitting registration information, participants acknowledge, accept, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set by the Company.

8. No Change of Information
By submitting registration information, participants acknowledge, represent, and accept that such information as may be provided by the participants are correct accurate, and complete, Information submitted cannot be changed and is subject to the records on the event website's system. Incorrect, incomplete, or re-entered information will be considered invalid and the relevant participant will be disqualified without notice.

9. Contact Information Requirements
The Company is not responsible if any participant is unable to receive any notifications (including selection notifications) due to any incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by such participant. Only Hong Kong mobile numbers with normal calling functions are accepted. If the registered number is invalid, inactive, or changed at the time of notification, eligibility will be cancelled.

10. Inquiry Requirements
For inquiries regarding registration or results, participants must contact using the same mobile number used during registration. Otherwise, such inquiries will not be processed.

11. Personal Data
Personal data will be used solely for this promotion and handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Data will be securely stored, accessed only by authorized personnel, and retained only for the duration necessary to complete the promotion and related matters, after which it will be securely destroyed. Data will not be transferred to any third parties unless required by law or otherwise necessary for administering the promotion.

12. Technical Issues
The Company is not responsible for delays, losses, errors, or unreadable submissions caused by computer, network, telephone, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

13. Prohibited Content
Submissions containing nudity, violence, obscenity, vulgarity, pornography, illegal activities, or offensive content (including words or pictures) are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification of the violator.

14. Announcement of Selected Participants
The list of selected participants will be posted on Calbee Hong Kong's (Calbeehongkong) social media platforms on February 20, 2026.

15. Confirmation & Verification
Selected participants will receive an email on or before March 10, 2026 confirming the eligibility and event details. Selected participants must bring the original winning receipt to the event for verification. Failure to present it will result in disqualification.

16. Liability
The Company is not responsible for participants' inability to attend the event or for any personal injury or property loss incurred during the event. The Company is neither liable to any loss in connection with the participation or the registration for the event.

17. Staff Eligibility
Employees of the Company (i.e. Calbee Four Seas Co. Ltd.), their family members, and employees of the event's agency are not eligible to participate.

18. Disputes
The Company reserves the right of final decision and interpretation regarding any disputes, all such decisions and interpretation will be binding on all parties. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to suspend or terminate the event arrangements (whether due to unforeseen, unexpected, uncontrollable and unmanageable situation), at any time without any prior notice.

19. Final Interpretation
The Company holds the sole and absolute right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions, and the participants shall not dispute.

20. Fraud Prevention
If improper or fraudulent methods are used or procured by any participant to interfere with the promotion, the Company reserves the right to terminate eligibility, void registrations, and pursue further actions.

21. Geographic Restrictions
This event is limited to Hong Kong. Participants must reside in Hong Kong, and only transactions in relation to Calbee products purchased in Hong Kong (distributed by the official Hong Kong distributor) are eligible.

22. Redemption Restrictions
The qualifications must not be exchanged for cash or other prizes, preferences or services. The qualifications of the participants cannot be transferred to any third party.
